Brian Conaway - A graduate Master Builder, Brian serves as President of Conaway Homes - one of the most respected home construction firms in Tyler, Texas since 1978. Craftsmanship is just as important to Brian as character, and it shows in the positions of leadership and the accolades he has had during his career. Brian received the Builder of the Year award in 2004, and has served as Area Vice-President of the Texas Builders Association. He was Director for the National Association of Builders and sat on the board of the Better Business Bureau. But it was his completion of a daunting building project that caught the attention of the world.

Jose Feliciano - As the eldest son of Puerto Rican immigrants, both deaf mutes, Jose grew up quickly. Learning sign language was a necessity in order to communicate clearly with his parents; mastering leadership skills was inevitable in order to represent them well. These early-acquired attributes enabled Jose to help raise his younger siblings, and later, to foster the growth of employees and entrepreneurs across America. Raised in New York, he eventually settled in Tyler, Texas where he founded Feliciano Financial. He created his 25-year old wealth management practice to reflect the characteristics he values most: honest work, inspiring greatness in others and connecting people to their passion.
